1. Definitions

You must ensure that all information provided to jkt08 remains current and accurate. If your personal details change (email address, phone number, residential address), you must update your Account information promptly through your Account settings or by contacting customer support.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jkt08 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following banking methods:

• Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon

• Colluding with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes

6.3 Bonus Forfeiture

If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all active bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly—only winnings derived from successfully wagered bonuses can be withdrawn.

7.3 Bet Cancellation and Voiding

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While jkt08 strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events
• Loss of connectivity due to your internet service provider or device

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jkt08 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Emotional distress or reputational harm

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds you have deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9.4 Gambling Risks

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. jkt08 does not guarantee winnings and expressly disclaims any representation that gambling is a reliable source of income. You accept full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made through your Account.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by jkt08

jkt08 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• You fail to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe
• You engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward jkt08 staff or other Users

Upon suspension or termination, your access to jkt08 Services will be revoked. Any remaining Account balance may be withheld pending investigation. If your Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, you forfeit all Funds, including deposits and winnings.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• You must withdraw or forfeit any remaining Account balance
